If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace or fix the product at no additional cost.

After submitting your photo and logo, our expert design team will create a digital proof of your ornament and send it to you for approval within 24 hours.
Once you approve the proof and complete payment, production begins immediately. Your custom ornaments will be ready to ship in just 2-3 business days after approval. IMPORTANT: Once the proof is approved and paid for, it CANNOT be changed.

Our Story: The Slice That Started it All
One crisp autumn evening, Tina and I found ourselves at Franco's Pizza in Walden, New York, sharing a slice of heaven. As we savored every bite, laughing and talking about life, a thought struck me: pizza is more than just food—it’s a shared experience, a moment frozen in time!
That night, as we sat across from each other, enjoying our favorite slice, inspiration hit. I turned to her and said, “What if we could capture the magic of this moment forever? What if we could turn this slice into something timeless?”
As en expert laser engraver with over 10 years experience and a deep passion for craftsmanship, I set out to create something unique. After weeks of sketching, testing, and refining, the first pizza peel ornament was born—a perfect blend of art and memory, capturing the essence of a pizza pie on a miniature peel.
What started as a fun idea over pizza has now turned into something far greater. These ornaments have become a way for people to celebrate their favorite pies, commemorate special moments, and even promote their businesses.
